Class 1 – Cut Specimen – Single stem displayed in clear glass container supplied by the exhibitor.
Class 2 – Cut Specimen – Three stems of same or different variety, displayed in clear glass container supplied by the exhibitor.
Class 3 – Two vegetables (as defined by the GCA Yellow Book) displayed on a solid colored or white dish supplied by the exhibitor.
